Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our marketing strategy and ensuring the successful promotion of our HIGH CULTURED brand. You will oversee marketing projects, manage campaigns, and work closely with the marketing team to achieve our company's goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing our profits, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support company objectives and drive brand growth.
Identify and analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of advertising, direct marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure alignment of all campaigns with brand guidelines and business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of agreed activities.
Collaborate closely with the Director and other senior stakeholders.
Creative Collaboration:
Work alongside creative designers to develop visually compelling marketing materials.
Oversee the production of creative content, including blog posts, social media content, and other marketing assets.
Content Development and Management:
Oversee the content developed by the Marketing Officer and contribute in content writing if necessary.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Digital Marketing:
Organize and oversee marketing events and campaigns in offline stores to drive brand engagement and sales.
Coordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials during events.
Market Research:
Conduct and oversee market research activities, such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.

Must Have
- Proven experiences as Marketing Executive or relevant experience
- Leadership and Team Collaboration

- Strong understanding of the fashion industry
