Sales Executive

High Cultured Myanmar is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to oversee and grow sales performance across all retail outlets. This role requires strong leadership, sales strategy execution, staff training, and brand-focused store management, both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Drive and increase overall sales performance across all stores through effective online and offline sales strategies
- Lead, supervise, and manage all floor sales staff to ensure high performance and professionalism
- Provide sales and customer service training to enhance staff skills and service quality
- Oversee and execute Visual Merchandising & Display (VMD) in alignment with brand standards and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and analyze performance to achieve sales targets
- Set sales targets, develop action plans, and implement strategies to improve store productivity
- Ensure excellent customer experience and consistent brand presentation across all locations
- Manage staff performance, discipline, scheduling, and motivation
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to management
Must Have
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail management, or fashion industry
- Prior experience in a fashion brand or retail chain is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and training abilities
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
