Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager for HIGH CULTURED® in Myanmar, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in alignment with our organizational goals. You will lead a team dedicated to crafting innovative marketing strategies, executing impactful campaigns, and nurturing relationships with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility across Myanmar.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.


Brand Management and Positioning:

  • Uphold and strengthen the brand identity in the Myanmar market.
  • Implement strategies to differentiate HIGH CULTURED® from competitors and position it as a leading lifestyle brand.


Digital Marketing and E-Commerce:

  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships.
  • Drive traffic and conversion on the e-commerce platform through effective digital marketing techniques and user experience enhancements.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and market insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.


Public Relations and Community Engagement:

  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Organize events, sponsorships, and community initiatives to foster brand loyalty and engagement.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
