Job Description:


The Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and brand presence of the fashion retail company. This role requires a creative vision, strong design skills, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets that enhance the brand's marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Visual Identity:

  • Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and design logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery reflecting brand values.


Marketing Collateral Design:

  • Design print ads, digital banners, email newsletters, and social media graphics to support marketing campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing assets for product launches and events.


Product Packaging and Labeling:

  • Design packaging and labeling aligned with brand aesthetics and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance product presentation for target consumers.


E-commerce Visual Assets:

  • Create visual assets for e-commerce website, optimizing content to drive conversion rates.
  • Develop product images, banners, and landing page graphics for enhanced shopping experience.


Print Production Oversight:

  • Manage print production process, ensuring materials meet design specifications and deadlines.
  • Oversee vendor selection, file preparation, and quality control.


Photography Direction:

  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots to achieve desired visual outcomes.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, and shot lists for fashion photography projects.


Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide the junior graphic designer for professional growth and development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in managing creative projects, ensuring effective coordination and execution
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between teams to ensure alignment on creative direction.


Lead Creative Process:

  • Guide development of visual assets from concept to execution, aligning with brand objectives.
  • Translate marketing strategies into impactful design solutions.


Lead Design Collaboration with Artists: 

  • Spearhead design process for collaboration with external artists and partners.
  • Provide direction and feedback to ensure alignment with brand identity and objectives.
